A REFLECTION ON GRIEF, A HOPE FOR A NEW BEGINNING

A poetic response to grief

The want for more time is a common desire among the majority - it is unlikely that one is given enough time to accomplish their life’s work. This constant yearning tends to result in an unfortunate outcome. The hope for more time with our beloved companions is an issue that remains unsettled. However, a shift in focus may lend itself to further prosperity. Thus, perhaps the passing of our esteemed canines serves as transition point toward the next phase in our lives.

A NEW

VIEW

Amid the dimming light of such an occasion, a spark may begin to flicker. A revelation of a deeper meaning reveals itself. The saddening thoughts transform themselves into joyous memories. An endless love saturates reality, no longer susceptible to pain and suffering. The gift of their eternal happiness is left to serve as momentum for our future endeavors.

SALVATION

Accordingly, an unfortunate part of life is that we may be destined to outlive our loved ones, but the promise of their everlasting presence in our lives is remarkable consolation to their physical absence. When we wake each morning, fill the world with their promise – enlighten others in a manner akin to the beauty in which they existed, the end goal shall be a supreme happiness.

ETERNAL BEAUTY AS WE MOVE FORWARD

Perhaps my philosophy is an oversimplification of life and death, but it is my belief that death propels the future of the lives we have touched. As such, it should be our goal to project those positive attributes bestowed onto us, to better the world.

This platform will serve many desires, but the ultimate purpose is to promote a lasting legacy of enlightenment based on learning from the connectivity we share with nature and its peoples.
